Here's to the guy that handcrafts the beer in which brings us all together. Derek is a great lover of his craft and primarily enjoys working alone into the dark wonders of our handmade brewery.

We pride him on that.

He embraces the night shift by brewing in the wee hours of the morning on our 1 barrel system. (yes, we are as nano as it gets.)

Most shifts, you can find him mashing in, cleaning a tank, & kegging beer off another tank all at the same time. We appreciate this young man very, very much.
